Scheme – Demolition of Life Expired / Poor Condition Mobile Classroom and Replacement with 2 Classroom Modular Block Teaching Accommodation

Notes – The existing mobile at the school was in a completely dilapidated condition, suffering from poor heating, roof leaks, overheating in summer months and generally life expired finishes etc. 
The site was challenging due to significant level changes in the build location and the access issues across thre only playground, to build the required accommodation.
Concept Education Services Ltd worked closely with school leaders and the Academy Trust to look at options, develop an accommodation schedule and ultimately designed the new facility to suit the needs of the client.
