Scheme – Toilet Remodelling / Refurbishment Works

Notes – The existing school toilet layouts did not work well and the toilets were outdated and poor quality. Working with the school, we developed options for remodelling the toilet provision and settled on a design that opened up the pupil toilets, which will improve the opportunity for passive supervision, whilst maintaining privacy for pupils.

The scheme involved losing old fashioned urinals and creation of fully refurbished facilities, designed to maximise longevity and robustness of materials, whilst not losing any aesthetic qualities of the project.

Concept Education Services Ltd, delivered this successful scheme from inception to completion, through the JCT Minor Works 2024 Form of Contract, via Single Stage Selective Tendering Procurement Route.
