Scheme – Toilet Remodelling / Refurbishment Works

Notes – The existing Early Years toilet layout did not work well and the toilets were outdated and poor quality. In addition the school were keen to create a space for a changing facility as part of the refurbishment / remodelling project. Working with the school, we developed options for remodelling the toilet provision and settled on a design that created the required number of toilets and a changing space, which improves passive supervision, whilst maintaining privacy for pupils.
The scheme involved losing outdated facilities and creation of a fully refurbished toilet area, designed to maximise longevity and robustness of materials, whilst not losing any aesthetic qualities of the project.
Concept Education Services Ltd, delivered this successful scheme from inception to completion, through the JCT Minor Works 2024 Form of Contract, via Single Stage Selective Tendering Procurement Route.
