Scheme – Extension to Create Nursery Class

Notes – The Trust were keen to extend the age range of the school by creating a new Nursery Class. and Concept Education Services Ltd, worked with the Trust to carry out a feasibility study and look at options for the provision of a new build facility.

An extension to the existing Reception Class was chosen as the preferred option and the new nursery and associated toilets and separate entrance etc was built, minimizing disruption to the existing school / Reception Class.

Concept Education Services Ltd, delivered this successful scheme from inception to completion, through the JCT Minor Works 2024 Form of Contract, via Single Stage Selective Tendering Procurement Route.
